Tim Colen is a commercial leasing and investment sales specialist. Tim has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, is a licensed broker in Florida and the owner of One Source Commercial Realty. He is a past President a of the Commercial Investment Professionals, the largest local group of commercial realtors and investors in Soutwest Florida. Tim was awarded the coveted CoStar Power Broker award from CoStar Group, Inc. for recognition as one of the top office and investment sales brokers in Southwest Florida. Tim’s career also includes 12 years as a bond trader and broker in Chicago. He graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Finance and Economics.
